Looking for a couple hours of activities for the kids? EFK Winnipeg is excited to announce the return of "Science Saturdays", a monthly event for kids interested in trying out our engineering programs! THIS PAGE WILL BE UPDATED EACH MONTH WITH THE NEXT SESSION'S SCHEDULE AND AGE RANGE. You must sign up for each class individually. Next up, Medieval Mayhem for ages 5-11! This afternoon will explore mechanical + civil engineering through the design and construction of paper castles, toothpick drawbridges, and candy box catapults. There are TWO options for this class: - MARCH 8, 2025 | 1pm-4pm | Champlain Community Centre (282 Niverville Avenue) - MARCH 22, 2025 | 1pm-4pm | Lord Roberts Community Centre (725 Kylemore Avenue) These events are identical; please choose the date and location that works best for you. Kids should bring a water bottle, and socks or indoor shoes. If bringing a snack, please ensure it is nut-free.
